By downloading or using Stryde, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stryde. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Stryde a limited licence to use that content solely to provide the service. You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

4. AI Try-On

AI try-on results are for visual reference only. Results may not accurately represent how a garment will look or fit in real life. Stryde is not responsible for purchase decisions made based on try-on results.

5. Intellectual Property

The Stryde app, its design, and all associated content are the property of Stryde and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

6. Disclaimers

Stryde is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI results will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stryde shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
