Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Stryde Edit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Stryde Edit. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload to Stryde Edit.

By uploading a photo, you grant Stryde AI Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free licence to (a) process the photo to extract individual garments ("closet items") and generate try-on results for your personal styling experience, and (b) host and display the looks you choose to share so that other Stryde Edit users can see them.

Your original uploaded photos are not shown to other users, and your closet is private. Only the looks you explicitly choose to share are visible to others.

You may delete any closet item, any look you've shared, or your entire account at any time. Deletion removes the item from Stryde Edit's systems.

You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.

4. Content Standards & Moderation

Shared looks and comments must follow our Content Policy. We review reported content and may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms or the Content Policy. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour.

You can report any look or comment and block any user from within the app. If we take action against your content or account, we will notify you in the app, and you may appeal the decision through the in-app appeal form.

5. AI Try-On

AI try-on results are for visual reference only. Results may not accurately represent how a garment will look or fit in real life. Stryde Edit is not responsible for purchase decisions made based on try-on results.

6. Subscriptions, Credits & Purchases

Stryde Edit offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time credit packs, purchased through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Refund requests for purchases are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms.

Credits are a virtual item used to run features such as AI try-ons and closet additions. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for money. Some credits (such as daily rewards) expire as described in the app. Credit costs of features and the contents of subscriptions and packs are shown in the app and may change over time. When a feature fails because of an error on our side, we refund the credits spent; credits spent on content blocked for violating the Content Policy are handled as described there.

7. Intellectual Property

The Stryde Edit app, its design, and all associated content are the property of Stryde AI Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Stryde Edit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI results will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stryde AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
