Content Policy

What you can submit
You can submit photos of yourself (or someone who's clearly given consent) and garments you'd like to try on. The simpler the photo — clear lighting, plain background, full-length pose — the better the result.
What's not allowed
Our content safety filters reject submissions that fall into any of these categories:
- Sexual or explicit content
- Photos of minors without a parent's clear consent
- Photos of public figures, celebrities, or other people without their consent
- Branded logos, trademarks, or copyrighted artwork in the input image
- Violence, weapons, hate symbols, or other prohibited content categories
- Personally identifiable information visible in the photo (ID cards, license plates, etc.)
Why blocked submissions don't refund credits
Refunding blocked submissions would remove the disincentive to submit content that violates the policy. So credits aren't refunded for blocks.
When a submission is blocked, we surface the reason in the app and link back to this page.
If you think it's a false positive
The safety filters aren't perfect. If you believe a perfectly normal photo was blocked, send feedback from the app's Settings → Send Feedback — include roughly when the try-on happened and what you submitted. We'll review every dispute and refund the credits if the block was unwarranted.
System errors are different
If a try-on fails because of a system error on our side — a timeout, a network blip, an internal bug — we always refund the credits. The failure detail screen will show "Credits refunded" when this is the case.
Repeat violations
We don't currently take action against accounts that submit blocked content occasionally — false positives happen. If we see a clear pattern of intentional policy violations, we may suspend the account.
